NDW does not guarantee approval of any credit application.

Final approval is at the sole discretion of the registered credit provider.

Submission of an application does not:

• Create a credit agreement

• Guarantee approval

• Constitute an offer of credit

All applications are subject to:

• Affordability assessment

• Credit bureau checks

• Verification of submitted information

4. User Responsibilities

By submitting information to NDW, you confirm that:

• All information provided is true, accurate and complete

• You are legally competent to enter into agreements

• You are not submitting fraudulent or misleading information

Providing false information may result in:

• Rejection of your application

5. Consent to Credit Checks

By submitting an application, you consent to:

• NDW verifying your identity

• NDW conducting credit bureau enquiries

• NDW sharing your information with registered credit providers

6. Fees and Charges

NDW will disclose any applicable service or facilitation fees prior to finalising any agreement.

No fees are charged unless expressly agreed in writing.

Where credit is approved, interest rates and repayment terms will be determined by the registered credit provider in accordance with the National Credit Act.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including logos, text, graphics, branding and layout, is the property of NDW Financial Services (Pty) Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

NDW shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of profits or income

• Rejection of credit applications

• Delays caused by third-party service providers

The Website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Consumer Protection Act where applicable.
