2.7 “Client” refers to any natural or juristic person who receives services or applies for services from NDW, including prospective clients.
2.8 “NCR” refers to the National Credit Act 34 of 2005.

Income and affordability information

Credit history and credit bureau information
Supporting documents (e.g., payslips, bank statements, ID copies)

Where NDW facilitates, refers, or assists with credit applications, we do so in compliance with the requirements of the National Credit Act, including but not limited to:
