2.8 “NCR” refers to the National Credit Act 34 of 2005.

3. Information We Collect

13. National Credit Act (NCR) Compliance

NDW Financial Services (Pty) Ltd operates in accordance with the National Credit Act 34 of 2005 and applicable regulations governing the South African credit industry.

Where NDW facilitates, refers, or assists with credit applications, we do so in compliance with the requirements of the National Credit Act, including but not limited to:

• Conducting affordability assessments as required by law

• Ensuring responsible lending practices

• Verifying applicant information where necessary

• Submitting information to registered credit providers and/or credit bureaus in accordance with legal requirements
