Jack Muzunze

CEO

Jack Muzunze, the proficient CEO and Founder of NDW Financial Services, brings over 16 years of managerial expertise in the South African Insurance Industry. Beginning his career at Discovery in sales and junior management from 2004 to 2010, he transitioned to Clientèle Life in 2010 as an Assistant Manager, ultimately reaching Senior Management. After his successful stints in South Africa, Jack expanded his horizons in 2020 by assuming the role of CEO at First Insurance Company Ltd in West Africa for 3 years. Returning to South Africa in January 2023, he spearheaded the establishment of NDW Financial Services, witnessing its workforce grow from 0 to 75 employees, excluding affiliates and part-time staff. Armed with an MBA and completion of the Management Advancement Program(MAP), Jack also plays a pivotal role as the Key Individual at NDW Financial Services.

Siphiwe Mathebula

Call Centre Manager

Siphiwe Mathebula is currently the Call Centre Manager at NDW Financial Services. She holds several certificates in Call Centre Management and Training and has over 17 years of experience in call centre sales and customer service.

Maria Motsoeneng

Supervisor, Telemarketing

Maria is currently a Supervisor for Telemarketing at NDW Financial Services. She began her career at 3 Way Marketing, where she worked from 2020 to 2021. In 2022, Maria joined NDW Financial Services as a Telemarketing Agent and quickly excelled, meeting her personal targets and helping her team achieve their monthly goals.

Mphoshi Mahanyele is the Supervisor for Quality Assurance and Rewards at NDW Financial Services. She holds a Diploma in logistics and business management. Mphoshi began her career at NDW Financial Services in 2022 as a Telemarketing Agent. Due to her hard work and dedication, she was promoted to Quality Assurer in mid-2023, where she excelled in improving performance across all campaigns,
